After sending the email last night, I realized that shadowing occurs under and alongside of text, icon, and any image in any screen (even when I turn the pc on) and that should not be because of windows misbehaving. I thought that there might be a problem with the monitor or the monitor cable.
Try updating the Display drivers from the manufacturer's website or from Windows update and check if it helps. Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly: Update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isnt-working-properly

Here's a screen shot of my monitor. Some time today (and since then) it's been like this. I've tried connecting my computer + the same HDMI cable to another monitor and it seemed to work 100% ok there. So is this means my monitor is now dead? Or can it be fixed with some smart software command, etc? Thanks in advance to any help!
Windows 11 desktop label shadow. There is shadow on the desktop level on my windows 11 after breaking from windows 10 to 11 this problem occur I tried the solution from advanced system setting and turned off the the option which allow shadow under text of label if anyone has any other option they can suggest me I tried that black theme option also.
